Wern Fawr Manor Farm, North Wales, is a Grade II * - 16th Century Country House, which has been extensively restored by the current owners. Situated in 60 acres of its own grounds and surrounded by open countryside, it is on the outskirts of Llanbedrog, which is in the heart of the Lleyn Peninsula, an area designated as one of outstanding natural beauty.

A quiet haven, yet Llanbedrog beach, owned by the National Trust, is only 1.5 miles away; Abersoch, a lively boating village, 3 miles away and Pwllheli with a wide range of shops is 5 miles away. The Cottage (sleeps 5) - A three bedroom cottage consisting of double bedroom, single bedroom and a bunk room, living and dining area. There is a colour television, clock radio, hair-dryer, electric central heating and a separate fully equipped kitchen including microwave, gas hob and electric oven and fridge/freezer. At the rear there is a small patio over looking the walled garden, with table and chairs.
